I started my career in Bangalore designing textiles and apparel for bulk and export orders. Most days were spent with pattern masters, dressmakers, dyers and embroiderers, turning an idea into something real, on deadline, with many hands involved.
After moving to Melbourne in 2018, I worked on a Melbourne Fashion Week collection, then studied UX and UI design at RMIT. By 2020 I was designing digital products. The medium changed, but the work felt familiar: understand people, bring different specialists together, and turn an idea into something that works.
What carried over
- Bringing many people and skills together towards one outcome
- Talking with clients, vendors and customers, and turning what I hear into decisions
- Keeping quality and deadlines together
Since then I've designed across SaaS, agtech, point-of-sale and mobile products. Today I lead discovery, workshops and usability testing, and design AI-first with Claude Code.
